Colfeians Sports Club is available for hire for all types of functions from Corporate meetings to Childrens Parties.

If you are interested in hiring any of our facilities for an event, please read the information below. We are always happy to help.

Booking the facilities
Booking an event can be done in a number of ways. Irrespective of how you book, the procedure is the same. Once we receive notification of your booking, we will confirm a provisional booking with you. We then ask you to submit a booking form alongside a minimum deposit of £100. If the proposed event is to take place with less than 30 days notice, we ask that payment for the hiring is made in full at the time of submitting the booking form.

Current Tariff of charges

Corporate bookings for pitches or squares as per listing but:
If private bar facility is required outside normal hours:- £20 per hour
If bar facility is required during normal opening hours:- £25 contribution

Childrens parties:- £25 per hour

Pitches or cricket squares

Please note that members of CSC do not pay V.A.T. on hirings. For those who have been members for longer than one year there is also a 25% discount. Membership is only £50 per year, which entitles you to use the facilites all year round.
